Meishun ultrasonic knife set consists of a transducer, an amplifier, and a titanium blade, mounted on a bracket. Titanium blades are available in width 100 mm, 200 mm, and 300 mm, and height 127 mm and 262 mm. The blades can form different combinations to meet different product size requirements. Customization is available. The blades can perfectly conduct the ultrasonic bands and vibrations to obtain the stablest performance. Every blade will tested for 48 hour before they’re mounted with the machines.
Besides titanium blades, other spare parts are also provides, such as transducer, booster, generator, motor, electrical board, switches and other parts.
